Eluize gives the impression she uses a teleportation device to move between record labels and the sub genres of dance. The Berlin based artist is busy, and now, alongside her studio output, she has her own imprint, Night Tide.
We’ve opted to highlight the Eolian EP, which was just one of Eluize’s many projects from last year. This skilfully executed mini universe of styles was originally released via Bristol’s Shall Not Fade label. It’s a shapeshifting half hour which will put you at the centre of the dancefloor and be your next headphone buddy. With a nod to her home town’s rich techno heritage, and fused with elements of acid, electro, and abstract vocals, it sets a course for a hedonistic utopia.
