GATECREEPER ‘An Unexpected Reality’

The Phoenix outfit remain an uncompromising beast

This is our current go to album when starting an unannounced moshpit at home. Gatecreeper generally employ the ‘if it ain’t broke...’ approach to their dark arts, but An Unexpected Reality takes the template up a notch. The well established elements are in full effect but the group intensify the impact with imaginative, and largely, quick fire numbers. Finishing on the monumental eleven minutes of Emptiness brings a climatic death knell to events. Gaining notoriety whilst retaining their early thrash roots, the Phoenix outfit remain an uncompromising beast.
